(Artificial Intelligence). 3D hardware is used to capture 100% of the as-built reality, and our customers cloud-based A.I. automatically compares what is built against the 3D design model for deviation and progress. This enables constructors to progressively monitor dimensional deviations and overall project progress. Catching critical deviations timely prevents further downstream failure costs and wastage.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will engage with enterprise customers and prospects across various industry segments in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) sector. You will offer software solutions that helps construction deliver complex projects with better efficiency and lower risks while building value for their companies.
Excelling at working with senior executive levels, you are proficient in building relationships and demonstrating business value. As an energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to focus on building a solid business pipeline. As a proven performer, you have the grit to overcome challenges to achieve the financial performance for the team. You will also listen closely and analyze feedback from the market, to communicate that back to the product team to drive the product roadmap.
Developing opportunities and sales accounts across the Benelux
Identifying and qualifying high value opportunities
Building relationships and effective communications at the highest executive levels in your accounts
Aligning stakeholders needs and priorities to speed up and simplify the deal process
Communicating and confirming the differentiated technical and business value
Understanding the formal and informal buying process in the customer's organisation
Identifying the customer approvers, decision makers, and influencers
Developing strategies for various stakeholders to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
Closing proactively by managing activities including negotiations and procurement activities
Consistently communicating and brainstorming with extended customer and the team
Extensive Enterprise Software sales experience (4-8+ years) and a demonstrated track-record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
Relevant Industry experience (1-4+ years) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related fields.
Experience with working at a fast paced start/scale-up environment is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer executive relationships at the highest levels
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and articulate complex ideas and strategies
Strong orientation to team communication and collaboration
Experienced with CRM tools to maintain a current and accurate pipeline
Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
Fluent in Dutch and English
